The models D90-HOR, A90-HOR, U90-HOR, and N90-HOR have some specific features to pay attention to:
- only one connection available
- only VMware Horizon View Connection is supported
Remember that the configuration can be easily and automatically deployed on your thin clients using the Profile Manager feature of the ThinMan Server.
In the initial wizard, in addition to the parameters already described in Initial Installation, you have to insert the server address for the VMware Server. This setup will create a VMware Horizon View Connection.
This operation will create a single connection and an environment with these characteristics:
- single (and unique) connection with the name "VMware View" (you can edit its parameters or you can create a new connection after you delete the initial one)
- connection in autostart mode (it is executed when the device is powered on)
- User Interface set to Full Desktop
- SSH protocol enabled in Security settings
You could obviously change all these settings and the single connection using the Control Panel or the ConnectionsManager of the device.
