Download the Addon for Zoom from MyPraim, section Download.

Install the Zoom AddOn from ThinMan Upload the file on the Package Repository, right click on the device you want to install the AddOn and select Firmware Update(the update can also be done through a Scheduled Activity or an Event Activity)

Be sure you have configured the video and audio to work properly on Citrix as explained in here.
Note: It is not necessary to enable Praim Multimedia Codecs except when using Zoom web client on a 32-bit browser.
