Remote Assistance provides the capability to remotely access and operate a device as if you were physically present at the device. This feature leverages the VNC protocol, seamlessly integrated into both the ThinMan consoles and the devices.
Note
On the devicet side, this functionality has to be enabled and configured. By default, the remote assistance is enabled on ThinOX and Agile devices. For more information see ThinOX Remote Assistance and Agile Remote Assistance
Once the command is executed, a new window opens, allowing the ThinMan user to access and control the device's desktop. This functionality is subject to device-specific permissions. Depending on the configured settings, you may be prompted to confirm the operation and provide valid credentials (username and password) before proceeding.
E.g. a ThinOX device accessed by the Remote Assistance from ThinMan Console.

Available Commands: From version 2.11.0, in addition to the commands available on ThinOX, the Agile platform includes the following additional features:
On ThinOX, Berry, and Agile4Pi devices it is possible to open an SSH Shell through this specific command. The thin client must be configured to accept incoming SSH connections (see ThinOX Security panel).
A new window will open, and an SSH client is launched. The requested password is the password configured in the ThinOX Security panel (we strongly suggest to protect the thin client with the administrative password).
This command permits to write a message to be visualized on the thin client.
Insert the two line message, select which type of icon to visualize and click on "OK".
The message will be visualized on the thin client.
