Users can adjust audio output/input level and select which devices are used to reproduce or capture audio signal.
In case you are attaching external sound device use this configurator to select where to reproduce audio. An example can be found in Configuring the Citrix HDX RealTime Webcam Video Compression.
If you select "Enable Hotplug" the device will act in this way:
- The inserted USB audio peripheral is automatically selected to reproduce/record audio
- Entering the configurator the inserted USB audio peripheral is shown as selected
- You can manually change the audio peripheral
- If you unplug the USB peripheral the system will use the default one
- In case of reboot the selected USB peripheral is selected as default; if during the power on the peripheral is not attached then the device will use the default audio peripheral.
