In certain circumstances, the Praim technical support team could ask to Collect the Support Data in order to solve a problem you have reported.
On the working area of the ThinMan console, select the affected device, right click to display the contextual menu. Go to Special Functions -> Collect Support Data.
This command allows to save a *.zip file (CollectSupportData_#MACADDRESS_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS.zip where #MACADDRESS is the Mac Address of the device, and other numbers represent the date/time of the operation) containing all the information needed by the Praim Technical Support team.
Important note for ThinOX devices
If you have reported a problem with a ThinOX device and you have been asked to collect the support data, be sure to execute the functionality right after seeing the problem on the device. It is important the device not be rebooted after the problem happened.
