The “Multimedia Codecs” panel allows users to enable the feature called HDX Mediastream Redirection on Citrix connections.
It installs and enables all the necessary video and audio codecs.
This feature is optional and has a separated license that has to be purchased from Praim.
Once you enabled the PRAIM Multimedia Codecs, you will need to accept the EULA in order to access the License Request window.
On the License Request window you can:
- Have a 7-day demo period by clicking on the Demo button.
- Register your product:
- Contact your sales representative. You will need to inform the MAC Address of all the devices where you want to register the Multimedia Codecs.
- It will be given a code that you need to write on the textbox shown on the window below.
- Finally, click on the Enter Code button.
