This command generates a .zip file containing all the necessary information required by the Praim Support team. Use this command only when requested and send the resulting file to the support team.
The file is named in the following format: CollectSupportData_#GatewayName_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS.zip
- #GatewayName: The hostname of the ThinMan gateway.
- YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS: The date and time when the file was created.
Example: CollectSupportDataGateway_TG_2F4FCF_2024-11-28_11-56-12
