¶ ThinMan
On the ThinMan section, you can define which ThinMan users are notified when a new version of ThinMan is available.
ThinMan Server checks if there is a new ThinMan version available on the Praim website and will notify the user working on the console. If you are using ThinMan Access Control, then you can select which users can be notified (ThinManRoot or any other user having Administrator privilege).
Click on Open Download Folder to open the folder where the installation file has been automatically downloaded by ThinMan Server.
In case your network is protected by a firewall or a proxy, read the Port Utilisation page to know which hostnames and ports must be open to connect the Praim's servers.
¶ Agile Windows Update Control
From version 8.5.7 ThinMan allows ThinMan users to manage the Windows update service on Agile devices. By default, the Control Automatic Windows Updates functionalities are available only on Windows devices where Agile has been installed.
From version 8.6.2, ThinMan enables these features on devices that are sold by Praim but are manufactured by other companies (E.g. SiComputer, Flexi, etc.) and use Praim Windows 10 IoT 2019/2021 as their operating system.
Important
The Control Automatic Windows Updates functionalities are not available on Praim Win10IoT thin clients. To update drivers, registry keys and Windows KB use the Praim Update files.
