USB direct access requirements
In order to work properly, Prime Toolkit requires to have direct access to the USB device. In case of installation on a virtual machine, verify the USB redirection feature or similar are available.
Praim Toolkit can be installed on the following supported Operating Systems in both 32 or 64-bit architecture (if O.S. support 64 bit):
- Windows 7;
- Windows 8.1;
- Windows 10;
- Windows 2003 Server;
- Windows 2008 Server (also SP2);
- Windows 2012 Server (also R2);
- Windows 2016 Server.
In any case, the Praim Toolkit will run 32-bit mode only.
