In order to use an InfoCert USB token on a Citrix session, be sure you have configured correctly the USB Redirection.
- Insert the InfoCert USB token.
- Open Settings – Control Panel – Citrix HDX USB Redirection.
- Select the InfoCert USB token (displayed on the Currently plugged device list as shown on the above image) and click on the Add to Ex.list button.
Choose the exception: Always Export and click on OK.
