In order to use an Aruba key on a Citrix/Vmware session, be sure you have configured correctly the USB Redirection.
- Insert the Aruba Key.
- Open Settings – Control Panel – Citrix HDX USB Redirection / VMware View USB.
- Click on the Exception List button.
The Aruba key will be displayed as 2 different devices, you need to add an exception for each of them:
- A smartcard: Select the smart card class device, click on Add to Ex.list button and choose as exception: Never Export.
- A mass storage: Select the mass storage class device, click on Add to Ex.list button andchoose as exception: Always Export.
