You can do that in mainly two ways:
- By clicking on "Start", select "Administrative Tools" (if present) and press "Services" (see the figure above).
- By accessing "Control Panel", select "System and Security" enter "Administrative tools" and click on "Services". Sometimes "Administrative Tools" is directly accessible from "Control Panel".
