Follow the instructions below if ThinMan has been installed on the operation modes:
ThinMan Primary and Secondary Server with Single Database (HALF redundant configuration)
ThinMan Primary and Secondary Server with Dual Database (FULL redundant configuration)
In case the ThinMan Primary Server stops working or the Server hosting it crashes, the ThinMan Secondary Server will automatically start answering the devices.
To restore the ThinMan Primary Server:
Refer to How to Stop and Start ThinMan Services to restart the ThinMan Services.
If needed, restart the Server hosting the ThinMan Primary Server. Once rebooted, open the ThinMan Local Console, go to Tools -> General Options, select the Secondary Server tab, click on the Secondary Server, click on the Edit button and then on the Save button.
Once the ThinMan Primary Server is up and running, it will start answering again to the devices instead of the Secondary Server.
