Thin Client Internet Connection
In order Teams to work properly it is necessary the Thin Client has Internet Connection. For more information, read Citrix: Optimization for Microsoft Teams - Call establishment and media flow paths
- On the ICA Global Settings (Configuration Settings - control panel), the Citrix Client version must be at least 20.10.0.

Be aware, The Dual Tone Multi Frequency feature is not supported by Citrix Client 20.10.0. For more information read Citrix: Optimization for Microsoft Teams
- Be sure on the Citrix USB redirection (Configuration Settings - control panel) you have deselected the Audio and Video options. Be sure your Audio and Video device are not classify as Interface Level otherwise you will have to add an exception through the Exceptions list button as Never Export. - Be sure you have selected the preferred input/output audio.
ΒΆ Check whether Microsoft Teams is working with a Citrix HDX optimized version
Open your Citrix connection, open your resource, go to Teams and click on the About - Version menu, you should see the Citrix HDX Optimized legend.
