A quick way to check the status of a license—whether it is active, about to expire, or already expired—is by observing the bottom-right corner of the console. This area displays the expiration dates of the licenses (ThinMan license, Agile4PC, ThinOX4PC) consecutively. The color of the message indicates the license status:

Black for active.

Orange for nearing expiration

Red for already expired.
¶ Expired License
Several parts of the console clearly indicates that the license has expired:
- Device Status Symbol: Devices appear with a "forbiden" symbol, signaling restricted functionality.
- Unmanaged Status: the status of the devices is displayed as "Unmanaged", reflecting the limited capabilities of the expired license.
- License Expiration Notice: In the bottom-right corner of the console, the expiration date of the "Advanced" license is displayed in red, highlighting the need for renewal.
- Renewal Prompt: You will also be prompted with a message 60 days before the expiration date, reminding you to renew the license.
¶ License Upgrade
To upgrade your license, you can open the ThinMan License Manager in one of the following ways:
- Click on the Start License Manager button in the window above.
- Or through the menu Tools -> ThinMan License.
Next, click on the Import license file button to upload the new license file. Once uploaded, you will see the updated expiration date and the number of remaining days until the next expiration.
