When a ThinOX device loses its license, on every startup it will be asked to insert the license number. It is possible to work on demo mode (withouth a license) up to 13 days, then the device will be reset to factory values.
You can find your ThinOX license on your MyPraim:
- Go to the section Products -> Devices
- Go to the model corresponding to your device.
- Click on the button More Details for This Model. It will download a zip file containing a csv with all the detailed information of the devices corresponding to the model.
