The option Reset to default values only affects the settings you can modify within the Agile Configurator. Any changes made directly to the device through the operating system will remain unchanged.
Specifically, selecting this option will:
- Remove all the certificates added via the Certificate Manager menu.
- Delete all the WiFi networks configured in Network Settings - WiFi
- Reset the ThinMan Settings to their default values:
- DHCP: 163
- Address: PRAIMSERVER
- Port: 443
- Timeout: 15 seconds
- Restore Remote Assistance settings to their defaults, enabling only the following options:
- Enable Remote Assistance.
- Show notification icon
- Require user authorization
- Auto-accept after 5 seconds
- Remove all resources configured in the Resources menu.
- Disable the Keyboard Filter.
- Disable the Agile/Browser/Desktop modes: Note that the Agile user will be deleted.
Additionally, if a profile was applied to the device, it will be removed, causing the device to appear in ThinMan as unprofiled.
To reset, click the Reset to default values option at the bottom left corner of the Agile Configurator, .
It will open the window below.
Check the Keep network configuration option if you want to retain the current Network Settings and ThinMan Settings.
Click Continue to confirm and proceed with the operation.
