It is possible to create 3 different types of connection:
On the Description tab choose the type of connection you want to create and write the connection name.
The Options tab offers several choices, available according to the selected browser connection type.

Initial Page: set the page to which the browser connects to after the connection starts.
Password required: select this choice whenever you need the user to enter a password for accessing the browser. The user will access the browser after entering the configured password:
Select the browser mode:
Incognito Mode: select this option to avoid the browser remembers your activity. Not available with Praim Browser.
Clean Downloaded files at exit: select this option to delete downloaded files when disconnecting. Not available with Praim Browser.
Maintain configuration:
Credentials Management: Available only with Chrome browser. Select this option to avoid the browser storing username and password.
Smart card login: Not available with Praim Browser. Use it with the smartcard login.
Ignore certificate errors: Available only with the Praim Browser mode.
Enable pop-up: Available only with the Praim Browser mode.
Allow HTTP Basic Access Authentication: Available only with the Praim Browser mode.
Google Chrome on Kiosk Mode vs Praim Browser
Be aware, when you create a Google Chrome connection on Kiosk Mode the end-user could use the browser shortcuts while on the Praim Browser connection shortcuts are not available.
ThinMan & Browser Configuration
When, ThinMan saves the device configuration on a template, the values corresponding to Maintain Whole Configuration are not saved.
ThinOX Browser Connection & ThinMan Profile Manager
Be aware: when saving the Offline Configuration of a ThinOX device containing a Browser connection, the specific browser settings are not saved on the template file. Thus, the specific Browser settings cannot be distributed through the Profile Manager.

It is possible to show the control bar on the browser. You can select which navigation controls(back and forward, clear session, URL bar, home page, reload and find in page) and device controls(reboot and shutdown) be available to the end-user. See image below.

When enabling the Show info bar, it is possible to show on the browser the date, time, hostname and IP address. See image below.

To add a new rule, press the button Add. It will automatically create a rule, edit the rule and press Enter to save the editing result or Esc to discard the editing result.
Use shift/ctrl and click to select one or more rules.
To duplicate a rule press the button Duplicate.
To modify a rule, double click on it.
Rules can be deactivated by using the button Deactivate.
Rules can also be activated by using the button Activate.
Activation/Deactivation can be done on individual rules by clicking on the individual checkboxes.
To select all active rules, use the button Select Active. By clicking on Invert Selection, all deactive rules will be selected. The button Select All will select all the rules. To eliminate a rule, select the rule and click on the Delete button. Finally, use the Up and Down buttons to move the rules up and down.
The button Test can be used to test whether the URL validity check matches or not with any of the rules.

To Export the rules, you will need to select all the rules you want to export and then click on the Export button.
It will open the Export Selected Regular Expression Rules window. Save the file with extension *.txt.
To import the rules click on the Import button and select the *.txt file
When started the Browser will open itself and load the initial page. You can easily close the browser using the CTRL + F4 on Mozilla Firefox browser and ALT + F4 on Google Chrome and Praim Browser.
